At Soul Woven, each item is made to order. This means your order is created specifically for you after purchase, helping reduce waste and overproduction.

Because of this, orders require processing time before they are shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States

At this time, we do not offer active international shipping outside these regions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping destination and the shipping option selected.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and seasonal volume.

Canada

Estimated delivery is typically within 10 business days after processing, depending on the shipping method selected.

United States

Estimated delivery is typically within 5–12 business days after processing, depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery time estimates begin after your order has been processed, not from the date the order is placed.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Soul Woven is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs processing
  • weather disruptions
  • public holidays
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Soul Woven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
