Every Soul Woven hoodie is made-to-order, just for you. This means less waste, no overproduction, and a smaller environmental footprint. It also means each piece is crafted fresh and can't be resold — which is why we have a thoughtful approach to returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items — We've Got You

We stand behind the quality of every hoodie. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopsoulwoven.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Sizing & Fit

Each product page includes detailed sizing information. Please review measurements carefully before ordering. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our hoodies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.
